Returns, Repairs & Warranty Policy

At Likreat Jewelry, every piece is shaped by skilled hands and informed by the artistic traditions from which it draws inspiration.

Our jewelry is created to be worn, collected, and kept. We want you to feel confident in every piece you choose, and we are committed to providing thoughtful support should something not be right.

14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unaltered
• In its original condition
• Returned with its original packaging, tags, certificates, care materials, and accompanying accessories
• Free from scratches, damage, fragrance, cosmetic residue, or other signs of wear

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Likreat cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Likreat, a verified product defect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Bespoke and One-of-a-Kind Works

Some Likreat pieces are individually created around a singular carving, gemstone, composition, or artistic process. Their individuality is part of the work itself.

Items identified on the product page as any of the following are generally final sale:

• Bespoke or commissioned pieces
• Personalized or engraved pieces
• Made-to-order works
• Altered or resized pieces
• One-of-a-Kind or archival works
• Gift cards

These exclusions do not apply where an item is faulty, materially different from its description, or where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

We encourage thoughtful selection. Before placing an order, our team will gladly assist with materials, measurements, symbolism, product details, and suitability.

The Character of Handcrafted Jewelry

Likreat pieces are shaped and finished by hand. Subtle differences in carving, texture, patina, gemstone pattern, color, surface detail, and finish may naturally occur.

These variations are part of the character of handcrafted work and are not considered defects when they are consistent with the product description and imagery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs or video of the item
• Photographs of the external and internal packaging
• A photograph of the shipping label

Once the issue has been assessed and verified, Likreat will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund. Where the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will cover reasonable return and reshipment costs.

30-Day Complimentary Workmanship Warranty

Likreat provides a 30-day complimentary workmanship warranty, beginning on the date your order is delivered.

If a verified manufacturing or workmanship issue develops during this period, we will arrange an appropriate repair or replacement without charging repair or reshipment costs.

The complimentary warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and gradual changes in finish or patina
• Accidental damage, impact, crushing, pulling, or snagging
• Lost stones or components caused by impact or improper use
• Damage caused by improper storage or handling
• Exposure contrary to the product care instructions
• Unauthorized alterations, resizing, or third-party repairs
• Loss or theft of the item

The warranty assessment will take into account the nature of the piece, the reported issue, and the condition in which it is received.

Repairs After 30 Days

We understand that meaningful pieces may continue to be worn for many years.

After the 30-day complimentary warranty period, Likreat may still be able to provide a repair service, subject to an assessment of the item.

For damage caused by wear, accidental impact, improper handling, or other non-manufacturing causes:

• The customer is responsible for two-way shipping costs
• A repair fee may apply depending on the work required
• Any applicable fee will be communicated for approval before the repair begins

If our assessment determines that the issue resulted from an original manufacturing defect, we will provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law.

How to Request a Return or Repair

3. The reason for the return or repair request
4. Clear photographs or video showing the item and the issue

Once the request has been reviewed, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

Please do not send an item to the address shown on the original parcel or shipping label unless our customer-service team has specifically instructed you to do so.

Refunds

Returned items will be inspected after they arrive.

Once a return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing and posting times may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider.

Where permitted by law, Likreat may deduct an amount reflecting any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not normally refundable unless otherwise required by law or the return resulted from a verified error or defect.

Statutory Consumer Rights

This policy provides Likreat’s commercial return and workmanship warranty terms.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces any consumer guarantee, statutory warranty, right of withdrawal, refund right, or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded in the customer’s country or region.
