Dragon and Tiger Rotating Pendant
Two symbolic forces meet — twice over. This rotating pendant carries a pair of Taiji compositions on opposite faces. One side sets fire against water; the other pits dragon against tiger, each claiming half the circle.The fire-and-water face divides the pendant into sculpted flame motifs and hammered wave patterns, a ring of pavé-set stones tracing the rim. Turn it, and the dragon-and-tiger face emerges — a gold-tone dragon rising above cloud scrolls, an antique silver-tone tiger coiled below, each eye marked by a stone. The outer frame is finished with braided rope detailing in antique silver-tone.Rooted in the philosophy of complementary opposites, dragon and tiger, fire and water represent dynamic balance — each containing the seed of its opposite. The rotating mechanism allows the wearer to shift between faces, a quiet echo of how perspectives shift with time.
